Credit Card of HSBC/ JM Finance

Hi,

This is Ravi Shankar from Vaishali, Ghaziabad. recently i have applied for Home Loan from Indiabulls, which was not approved due to HSBC / JM Financial credit card out standing amount (around Rs.1, 20.000/-) showing in CIBIL.i am not having any credit card of HSBC Bank/ JM Financial on my Name as well as not purchased any item thru this Credit Card. Infact I didn't receive any credit card statement/ reminder mail of this HSBC credit card.

Today I made a call to JM Financial office of thier toll free no. 1800 25 82511 as well as HSBC customer care no. 9910797373. But they are not supporting to provide the correct information as well as not giving any response. I am really in very trouble. If I got any miss happening due to this fack financial dues against this credit card then HSBC Bank and JM Financial would be fully responsible for this.
