Deducting ECS from Bank account even after termination of service

Dear Concern,

I am Rahul Bhatia, co-owner inov8 Solutions, a mumbai based web designing and software firm. We had signed a 3-month contract with JUST DIAL for advertisement purpose.

But well before these 3-moths completion, they started deducting the ECS amount from our bank account for the fourth month without any prior notice. Even after complaining for the same in JUST DIAL, and finally terminating the contract with them, they deducted the ECS for the 5th month too, with no one addressing our issue in the company (just dial). Now they did the same for the 6th month too. Its a big fraud company.

NOTE: Contract is been abolished long before after the first ECS hit for the 4th month.

Guys help me out, tell us what to do? Guide us for tfurther actionthat we can take.
