I have signed the contract with Just Dial Last month in the Promotional Scheme of Rs.999 in which i have being told that i will get Leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i Have to do ECS by giving Cancel Cheque and ECS Authorisation, while signing the contract i have paid Rs.1000 in cash and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide cancel cheque for ECS, But on 23rd March they have sent ECS in my bank which was returned due to insufficiant funds and again on 30th March they sent another ECS and my HDFC Bank a/c has been debited by 1200rs. I have not provided any Cancel Cheque copy then also they have deducted amount from my account without intimating me. I have sent mail to JustDial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, Now, I want my money back with charges.can you help me for this???
