Fraud with ECS

My name is Shikha Goel and my mobile # is 9820925377. I had started a 12 month ECS Just Dial contract on 6th November in New Delhi. My Delhi number is 9810125377. I had moved this account to Mumbai on January under the number 9820925377. My contract should have terminated on 5th November. However, Just Dial has debited my account already for 4 extra months. The last ECS was deducted in February.

I had clearly told their associate at customer service in October that I am not interested in renewing my contract and that it should be terminated but they still continued to charge my account after that. Just because I trusted their organization and gave them ECS permission does not mean that they keep debiting my account even after the contract terminates. This is fraud and not acceptable at all.

I called them and even wrote to them about this at mumbai@justdial.com. Their response was that they have stopped my ECS payment henceforth but cannot credit my account back with the charges of 4 extra months. On the contrary, they are extremely rude over the phone.

I want my account to be terminated asap and I want them to credit my account back with the debit of last 4 months. Anything else is simply not acceptable and is cheating. Please help me with this.
