Fraud ECS

I had entered into a contract with Just dial services on a trial basis for 2 months. I paid RS 5500 through a cheque drawn on my husband's account.

Mail were sent to me for the extension of the contract however since i did not want to continue the contract i did not make any subsequent agreement.

However without my knowldege and without any intimation to me they have started debiting my husband's account via ECS.

We have not filled any from regarding the ECS. and my husband has not given any signature for ECS. I have the photocopies of the documents and forms submitted by me and nowhere there is a mention of the ECS.

kindly refund the money and stop ECS.
