ECS System not cancelled

Dear Sir,

I have Registered with just dial and they promised to give me leads for my web designing business

i was not happy with their services and have asked them to cancel their payments which are in the form of ECS

on 8 may i have filed an online complaint - they promised to look into it but no response

on 15 june i have sent them a new complaint (complain no 96110)

how can i stop the ECS the bank refuses to block the ecs payment

please help
