Not proper delivery on time

Dear Sir

, I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 15/12/10 and get it on 25/12/10 then I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 18/01 but yet today on 30.01.2011 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Bharat gas agency Gurukul road Paras ram nagar Bathinda (PB).
