Flight seats are stained

FILGHT SEATS & CARPETS VERY DIRTY. (Mumbai –Lucknow IT 3169 ON 26TH June and return on IT 3170 ON 27TH June

When you are flying with Kingfisher Red, the aircraft is dirty, unhygienic, leather seats stained, the seat does not have a head rest cover (the Velcro is put but cover not in place) due to exposed Velcro my chiffon kurti sleave got torn (all tread got pulled) that I realized only when on my return flight I saw the seat Velcro are without cover.
