We are the first rice millers’ consortium in Kerala and our major stake holders “PAVIZHAM RICE” have long standing relation with the HDFC Bank. We are constrained to make this complaint, because, the Union Bank of India Focal Branch at New Delhi cannot till date authorize release of 2nd installment through e-portal of the Ministry, of which HDFC is the Master Operator, because, as stated by Union Bank of India, Quote;” Dear Shri Puneet Mathur ji,

Pl recall our discussion over telephone on the subject account.i.e Kalady Rice Mills (computer no UBI15022008002.The given account name does not figure in the list of accounts pending for authorization. As such we are unable to authorize it. However we can see the details in the summary view by giving the computer no but there is no option of authorization there.

The account is pending for authorization for a very long time. Party is regularly following with us.

We request you to kindly do the needful immediately so that release of grant can be speeded up.

and to this Mr. Puneeth Mathur wanted us to: Quote “provide the exact problem faced by your Banker because we always get a generic remark that "There is a Problem in E Portal" due to which we are not able to investigate the same in details. (Ask you bank to send a letter to ministry and us with complete details of the error that is occurring).

For getting the 2nd installment release for the last two years we are made to run between HDFC & UBI initially to rectify the mistakes made at various levels and now for disappearance of our name from the pending company list. And as had happened in the earlier occasions the matter remains ping-ponged between HDFC & UBI .Either of them coming forward to rectify the mistake.

Now, we are left with no alternative but to approach your good self to help us and intervene in the matter as our MOTHER MINISTRY and direct HDFC/UBI’s Focal Branch to correct the e-portal Or, the Ministry may consider releasing 2nd installment based on the Bank’s Certificate already with the Ministry. This will help sorting out the matter speedily.

We request your good self kindly to intervene in the matter to ensure that the 2nd installment is released to us without any more delay as well as further harassment and we are able to repay unsecured loan/sundry creditors as we are firmly committed and morally bound to do so.
