Trading in demat account without my approval

Hello Sir,

I am holding an demat account with K&A Securities and they have traded in my account which has resulted in to heavy loss to me. Irony is that their employee agrred that its their error however management is not ready to accept that and asking me to close the account and go to any authority i want on this earth.

Can you help me out in this.
