FAKE COMITEMENT

Respected Sir,

My self Devendra Kumar Srivastava Address. H.N. 400B Azad Nagar, Near Azad Chowk Rustampur, Gorakhpur I have taken one Insurance Policy of Birla Sun Lifey through Kanwhizz Marketing Company in 2009. That time Company Excutive told me that i will get a amount in every six mounth and it will be double in every next six month. from 2009 to 2011 Dec i got only 3 cheque Amount (500, 800, 1600) but when i claimed in October for my next cheque then company excutive given (Eshika, Ankita), given me again an again fake commitment for my cheque amount (4000/-). They given me date from october to december again an again new date that i will get my cheque on this date. but still i have not received any cheque. As per last time after a more request she sent me a mail regarding my payment that my cheque will be dispatch on 22 december and i will get it before 28th december at my home address. but today i made again call for confirmation so today again Miss Eshika told me that my cheque will be despatch in January month.

I sending again again request but they are not given me any reply. so in this case i want a legal action against company. Please help me.
