Haven't got my paid money back to me

This complaint is regarding the amount of Rs.6500/- that I have been asked to pay for as a security deposit charge to start a mobile message earning business income (that is we can earn money by sending sms, or mms). For this i have payed the amount since last month and now that I have withdrawn from this process very earlier and want my money back, I haven't recieved a single amount or any information from there regarding my money. I have a compliant against them.
