Chit amont 120 days ofter DD.Resevd

I have lifted my chit on 27-sep and at 25-jan they issued cheque to Branch Manager. They tracked the issue and found that the mistake is from there side only Kapil chit fund br Nirmal Manager and Regional Manager. Excluding Manager, Regional manager.rudely on me saying the words like 3.75lakhs amount is an afterall to me, I can pay you that afterall money by personally.

One thing they are not understanding that i am not asking my amount personally, My amount should be paid by the Company only Because they should notice that the time gap between lifting chit and issueing check is almost 120 days (27-sep2007 and at 12-Jan) and till now (25-01) i haven't recieved my chit amount. Due to my financial problems due late issueing of chit amount i am facing 3% interest loss because i have to pay that 3.75 lakhs to another person.

Due to the above reasons i lost my patience and i am giving complaint on the company and there management showing irresposibility on the customer eventhough mistake is from there side. If possible please take severe action on the company. I had proofs like bankstatement, cheque xerox and chit documents. The Below are my details.
