Cheating Customer with issueing check with insufficient funds

Dear All,

I have lifted my chit on 27-Dec and at 26-Feb they issued cheque to take my chit amount and i deposited cheque in my ICICI Savings account on 1st march. On 2nd March evening I am surprised that i got SMS from ICICI bank that the cheque is dishounored (rejected) due to insufficient funds. Immediately i checked my Bank statement and i got the same message as above and with no time i escalated this issue (check rejected Due to insufficient funds) to Branch Manager Mallikarjun and Regional manager Bypureddy. They tracked the issue and found that the mistake is from there side only and they asked me to wait upto recieving rejected cheque despatched by ICICI Bank. Next day morning i went to ICICI bank to track the cheque and they answered me that it will take one week to ten days to recieve the rejected cheque and the same thing i have escalated to Kapil chit fund Manager and Regional Manager. Excluding Manager, Regional manager Mr. Bypureddy behaves rudely on me saying the words like 3lakhs amount is an afterall to me, I can pay you that afterall money by personally.

One thing they are not understanding that i am not asking my amount personally, My amount should be paid by the Company only Because they should notice that the time gap between lifting chit and issueing check is almost 60 days (27-Dec and at 26-Feb) and till now (05-03) i haven't recieved my chit amount. Due to my financial problems due late issueing of chit amount i am facing 3% interest loss because i have to pay that 3 lakhs to another person.

Due to the above reasons i lost my patience and i am giving complaint on the company and there management showing irresposibility on the customer eventhough mistake is from there side. If possible please take severe action on the company. I had proofs like bankstatement, cheque xerox and chit documents. The Below are my details.
