Wrong marking on right bank account

I Kailash Chandra Goyal deposited cheque No-039310 of Rs. 70/-

of power grid corporation of india Ltd. My S.B.A/C No.is24430100001652 on dated -28-10,

When I got completed my pass book in the month of Jan

I found the entry was not present in the passbook. I enquired about my deposited cheque. The bank person search, and handed me my

uncleared cheque on wich they mentioned&-quot;A/C NO. WRONG".

Last date of my cheque was 28-12.

The aove mentioned A/C is in the name Bhagawati Lal and Kailash Chandra Goyal. The opning Date Of my A/C is 13-09-1992.

This height of negligence is tolerable?
