Egarding closing of dmat account

I Pushpa Singh have a dmat account (12854375). For the past few years i have not made any transactions in the KARVY.However i have paid the annual fees for the dmat account on regular basis. Now i have 38 tata motors share and 100 ispat shares in the karvy account and i want to sell it as soon as possible but the KARVY authorities are saying that my account has been closed (dt: 4th aug) since i did not submit the required photocopies of pan card, voters id card etc..

However no prior information regarding the submission of the necessary documents was stated beforehand by KARVY.I want to sell my shares as quickly as possible.
