Not received IDFC Infrastructure Bond

Hi,

I have applied for IDFC Infrastructure bond in october (Application Number 12202433) and can see its allotment on karvy website but still havnt received the physical copy of the same

I tried contacting them many times by phone an n numbers of email (idfc_infra@karvy.com) but all in vain.

Could you please look into it
