Not get refund of power grid corporation fpo

Sir iam subcribe an issue of powergrid corporation application no 33819892 sonaiya sagar chandulal from my bank account number 17151000004041 of hdfc bank bhavanagar para branch cheqe number 0018173 the amount of 99450/- but the refund is credited by karvy computer at the account of mr. santosh kumar who is clint of icici bank i requested to karvy many times by email and phones but they are not give answers i give this money on 24/11 i request to consumer court please solve this matter because karvy is doing fraud with me.
