Non receipt of divident warrant for 09

Dear Sir,

I had sent the dividend warrant no 5014655 of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation limited, DD/MICR No 14553 for Rs 6650 for revalidation in the month of April. The folio Number is IN300476 42220836. An acknowledgement from karvy received by me with their reference no R/ONGC/REV/DD-15621/63166 dated 23-04.. On enquiry over phone they said they had sent the draft and returned back to them undelivered. I asked them to resend again because at that time we were out of station. They always said that they will be sending it in one or two days. Some other person of karvy says some documents are needed. I had sent all the documents as desired by them. But the draft has not been sent. The matter is pending with them since April. The revalidated draft has not been sent to me till now (18-09). I had lodged a complaint to karvy and compliant no is 3033417.It is not expected this much delay of five months in a simple matter of resending the draft from a reputed company like Karvy. I hope at lthe karvy will show the wisdom and not trouble their customers in this manner.
