Refund for non allottment of PowerGrid FPO shares not received

Dear Manager,

This is to bring to your notice that we had applied for Power Grid FPO for our client Mr. Ankur Jariwala The client was not allotted the shares and has not got the refund of amount Rs. 46, 800 back in his account.

As per the conversation with Mr. Nisar from Karvy, we did not yet got the refund for the funds in our account as there was some PAN mismatch in my application. We had applied for 520 shares for value Rs. 46800. Details of Application are as follows:

Application No: 15989962.

Applicant Name: Ankur Jariwala.

Cheque Date: 11/11.

Cheque Amount: 46, 800.

I would request you to kindly give the refund to our client ASAP. We have been following this with Karvy since last 15 days, but the response from Karvy has not been professionalism. They do not answer the calls properly neither respond to the email. The client has sent the email to the Karvy (einward.ris@karvy.com) on 3rd Dec but has yet not received proper reply. We will have to approach SEBI incase we are not getting your reply by Monday. It is our sincere request to you to please give the refund to our client Mr. Ankur Jariwala.
