Non delievery of pancard

I applied for pancard through karvy consultants ltd with acknowledgement no-061340100442600. When i opened their site for status of my pancard, it was mentioned their that it has been speed posted and airway bill given on it EM131830045IN dated 13-7. Till today when i dint recieved my pancard i enquired from local postoffice as well as speed post center enquiry center mumbai and also by net enquiry it was found no speed post has been booked. So i request strong action be taken so no other person is harresed. If it is mistake it should be rectified soon.
