BILL PAID BUT PHONE CONNECTION IS DISCONNECT

Dear Reliance customer care

we paid the amount of rs.3340/- at kotireddy cirle, kadapa, andhrapradesh. vide tele phone nos. 3 connections 08562322242, 52, 62 rt.no. 26956. paid on 18.01.2010.

but presently working 08562322262 only. Remainung two numbers are not work at present. why are you disconnect the above two numbers. please send the reply.
