Hi, i got a call from keshav stocks, they mail me a gaurantee return on a investment .they mail me that if i deposited rs 30000 they will return 90000 after one month i have deposited cheque of rs 20000 and now they are not responding on phone .i want to lodge a case against him what can i do now please give me a suggetion
