Wrongly Selling securities without informing

I had debited Rs 140.00 (which is came to my observation when they sold share from my account. There was no pre-active measure from keynote to inform about the same.)

They have sold each share of AUTOMOTIVE STAMPINGS & ASSEMBLIES LTD.scrip code 5201190on BSE and PARABOLIC DRUGS to recover their dues. and demate charges for transfer the same is 25 each.

which is not valid as no retail broking company can sell securities to cover account charges.

Asking this question to MR Sachin at borivali (w) branch is not adequate enough handle the queries.

Company is playing blame game and tranfering the same.
