Refund of late fine and stop payment charges

Dear Sir,

I'm using your airtel no. 9650228833. Previous payment I made through cheque which i dropped into drop box of Airtel sec. 39 Noida. But that is not yet clear. I think it is misplaced by your man. For this fault from

your side. I'm facing this problem 2nd time in period of 9 month. So i have to make stop payment request in my Bank for this bank will charge stop payment charge of Rs. 114. So I'm not liable for the same. so u have to bear this Rs.114. It is to much inconvenience using your no. Either you please withdraw drop box or maintain it properly.

I will be thankful to you if u solve my matter as soon as possible.
