Complaint against gas connection security fraud

Respected sir,

i have my LPG gas connection with indane distributor KHANGWAL GAS SERVICE, AZAD NAGAR, ROHTAK (124001), IN HARYANA.They have done my connection on 08/06with consumer no.- 35216 and charged from me RS. 3600 BUT the security receipt/voucher shown RS. 2650 only.my gas connection is made with DOMESTIC-DOUBLE but they have given me only one cylinder and this cylinder is also given me against simple plain paper written direction of indane officer and not against the INDANE authorised red voucher/slip.for gas stove they charged from me RS. 600 additionally and not give any receipt voucher. When i asked about all this, they told me that your CONNECTION is made in the nature of transfer but i asked from them for a fresh connection, then why they have done this? please clarify me all about this matter and told me what the security amout is for a fresh connection.please done all that which you can in your capacity, otherwise there is no way to stop this CORRUPTION policy, we all have to made efforts at our level.i will be so obliged to you.
