10000rs. AMOUNT DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT

I went to ATM on dated 01/08 11:40 am for removing 10000 rs. from my account, Transiction is completed but I have not recieved money, & 10000rs amount is deducted from my account. I have complaint in customer care same day app. 7:00pm., he registered complaint but till now I have not recieved my money. I had done transiction 2 times, So i don't know amount is deducted in which transiction. So i complaint with both transiction no. Details are as follows:-
