Loan due recovery pending

Sir,

I have got agri business loan from your Nanguneri branch under NADP scheme. They had sanctioned Rs.6 lakhs.(5 laksh loan and 1 lakh cc loan). Loan account no.921000001, R.C.Rajesh and CC account no. CDCC 80, R.C.Rajesh.

I have given letter to the branch to debit the loan due amount from my SB account no.13608 of R.C.Rajesh. But they did not do it. Many times I request them to debit the loan due amount from my sb account. Due to the bank negligence I have got over dues.who will pay the excess amount? 3 lakhs back ended susidy also have been given to the branch for the loan account by Agriculrural department of Nanguneri. But your branch authorities are calculating the interest for Rs.5 lakhs. I have been suffered by illegal activities of your Nanguneri branch. kindly do the needful as early as possible.
