Tax Filings Acknowledge not sent

I have filed Nil Returns through a Kishore Tax Consultant here in Chennai. Initially the concerned said he would give the acknowledge copy to me but later he asked me to come and collect at his office. But I was unable to reach him. So when I told him to courier the same to my residential address and he aked the payment to be made earlier of Rs.120/- (Rs.100 20-Courier charges). So I made a online payment of Rs.120/- and its got credited to his account on 7th of this month. Now he is saying that he has already couried it..but I have not received yet. He didnt asked my address to send that courier..I called him and gave the address... every time I used to call him for the updation.

I got frustated with this worst service and I demand the acknowledge copy at free cost and I demand the return of my payment along with compensation charges.
