Sms received for transactions made by me by icici bank for alleged transaction on 30/5 for Rs.97323

Sir,

i received sms on 30/5 at 9pm onwards stating that i made purchases of Rs.5734 11537 53272 20667and 6113 these sms are delivered between 9pm to

10.20.

when a gotup in the morning (31/5/10) i was shocked to read these messages immediately i called

over phone to customer care no-04442088000 and narrated the entire thing and explained that these transactions are not related to me, she noted down and given me

compaint no-142585382 at 8.15 am.

Again same day 31/5 i received a message stating that your e-mail id is changed as per your reqest. Actually i ddnot made any request for change of e mail id.

i dont know what icici bank people are doing.
