Reg. Wrong CIBIL data come under my Pan Card

Hi,

I'm Sivakumar from Bangalore. In CIBIL Report, one of your customer's loan details are wrongly associated under my Pan Card (BJAPS4576H). My full name: Sivakumar Sivaprakasam. your Customer name is SHIVAKUMARAIAH P. only due to DOB (15-07-1978), all data came under PAN Card. I approched Bangalore Branch (Mr. Tejeswi) and I received NOC. but still All wrong data showing under my name.please remove all irrelevent data under my name.
