Dear Sir/Madam

I have a franchise (sub broker ship) from Kombench Financial Services Pvt Ltd.. franchise ID id " SBDELN "in the name of Bidhan Bandhu.(Individual)

From last 4 month (oct-10 to jan-11) i haven't get my brokerage pay out.

when i talk to Mr. Abhishek (Delhi Branch) he refuse to process my Brokerage pay out..

My franchise get Canceled without any prior information not even get a mail from Kombench Financial Services Pvt Ltd..

At the time of Brokerage pay out company refuse to pay..

After 3 month of the new Circular (MCX/FMC), company inform me that my franchise get canceled and need your documents again to continue this franchise.. company is not the going to pay the Brokerage pay out.

So please suggest me what do..and do needful
