Glass plate broken-- to be changed without cost-complaint n0-369715 dt-4/1/12

I had purchased Koryo Microwave oven on 24/12 and started cooking cake after the engg had given the tips. suddenly on 3/1 the plate while preparing the cake in borosil pan the Glass plate got broken into 2 pieces inside the oven when cooking was on. We complaint at Toll free number-

the Response they have given can never be expected from a big company like Koryo. they have given frenchisee for servicing and that Frenchisee had given service contract to some other small agency/ engg --who is not having any parts available and always delay the service.

I need my glass plate to be replaced immediately and as it is under warranty no payment is required to be made.

Even the dealer BIG BAZZAR is keeping us in dark about the services. They say best while we get worst.

Requesting to get it replaced without cost asap latest by tomorrow.

Expecting reasonable services atleast.
