High Interest rate charged

Hi

I have taken a housing loan from ICICI Bank in the year 2003 for a period of 20 yrs floating.

Now when all banks are charging somewhere around 10 to 11% interest rate, icici is charging me interest rate of 12.5% whereas this is not fair towards the customer.

When Bank raises PLR rate they will increase the home loan rate of interest wihtout any delay.

Whereas when the bank reduces PLR they will never pass the benefit towards the customers.

And nobody is there to listen to common man's problems. They are looting money from us.

Why cannot they pass on the benefit to us proportionately.

Can anyone address my problems. Now i am planning to change my loan from this bank to some other bank.

Any suggestions are welcome.
