Horrible Customer Service

We suffered everyday at this branch--

1. there are only one cash deposit and payment counter.

2. the Pass book "Up to date Machine" is not working regularly for exmpl- its working 2 or 3days in week and rest of the time, the bank employee saying tht its not working...

3. bank rounding us many time to get any new facility.. they always excuse us tht they have low employee capacity to carry the bank work.
