Complaint against Cheating on Investment Plan

Dear Sir,

Sub: Complaint against Cheating on Investment Plan.

I, Kazim Dhopavkar hereby by inform you the following cheating facts happened between me and Krishna Stocks as detailed below:

I have received an SMS message from TD: KrisnaST about stating that “Opportunity Like never before Earn Guaranteed profit Up to Rs.90000 pm in the stock market. Pay only Rs.30000 for more details contact on 08000837731.

2) Having seen the message contacted the said number I got Mr. Abhishek Sharma mobile no : 09925572738 and appraised by him that if I pay money of Rs.30, 000/- then I will get in 1 month’s time an amount of Rs.90000 as assured money; I expressed doubt that how you get that money then he clarified that with our money they generate profit in stock market and give our commitment figure; also confirmed that we need to submit our personal details along with PAN so that they do trading by them on our account, and that they will open a new trading a/c under my name from their side.

3) To take written confirmation I requested to send an email. I got the email confirming the above.

4) Having impressed, I have remitted an amount of Rs.20, 000/- as cheque transfer from icici bank, Account Name: Krishna stocks

Account No: 018905500134 vide, favoring Krishna Stocks; dated 20/7/10 cheque no 480621 (icici bank) after taking confirmation I was told by him that I will get agreement copy along with PDC cheque for Rs.60, 000, plus i wll also get a another cheque of 10, 000 as a bonus from the company making the total to 70, 000.

however i haven't got any agreement or pdc from them, till date, its been a month now and you can see many complaints against them on the consumer complaints website.now even they are avoiding me and the person who told me to submit the money is missing and he is not receivng the call, kindly take strict action against this company and its employess who cheat people and do wrong things against them.

From the right beginning I had a doubt about this company scam; As an cheated customer I want to blow up this scam to public.

This is my final warning to the company to call the undersigned and explain on the above, otherwise will treat as scam and proceed legal action against the company.

All the employees of krishna stocks are cheat and fraud, like KAUSHIK JAIN, ABHISHEK SHARMA.Plz dont fall into their trap.specailly Kaushik Jain will show you the moon and the sky but will not even give you the land.he is a big big fraud along with Abhishek sharma, who doesnt pick up the call of the customers, once they have invested in their company.
