Wrong Debit in my Account

I am the Customer of KARUR VYSYA BANK, my Account Number is 1168.155.21759, on 01/08/09 i have taken Rs.300/- using other bank ATM (Canara Bank, Kellys, Chennai Branch, But amount has been debited in my Account twice.

i also given a complient to KVB in the Mail ID- customersupport@kvbmail.com

on 05/09 (proofs are attached), but i have not received any reply from them, no amount was refended to me,

due to some communication gap i can not make regular follow up, so pls forward this to belonging Departement and take further Action to refund my Rs.300/-
