Extremely bad customer service and customer care

If L&T does not have the capability to issue infra bonds to thier customers well, I wonder how wil it use the fund collected trhrough these bonds to build the infrastructure that it supposedly wants to.

The company has such an irresponsible and unprofessional staff that they could not provide an acknowoldgement receipt within a week's time of applying for bonds. This is despite the repeated reminders. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH L&T.

I applied for IFCI infra bonds last year, and their conduct was very professional. They scanned and e-mailed the recipt the next day of application. Quick and no follow-up required. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH IFCI.
