Telephone bill for Rs.1190.00pay on SBI credit No. 4006 6610 1821 7658

Dear Sir,

My telephone No.040-23299466 which is giving trouble to me while ringing the telephone if I lift the receiver the phone will be dead no noise no sound I cannot hear on other side. Therefore the instrument should be replaced. So many requests are made but there is no response. The authorities are putting deaf ear. The phone has Caller ID facility. My phone was installed in the year 1992. Since then I am using the said phone. I request you kindly to look into matter and do justice to me and see that the instrument should be replaced. The technician of your department has also visited and submitted indent for new telephone No action has been taken so far. I am suffering since 6 months. SORRY AND EXCUSE ME SIR FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU THERE IS NO OTHER GO EXCEPT TO APPROACH YOU SIR I HOPE YOU WILL DO JUSTICE TO ME

New one more request I am paying the telephone bill through SBI credit card through easybill facility.

SBI credit card people paid Rs.2379.00 (Rupees two thousand three hundred seventy nine only) as against Rs.1190.00 bill amount on 30th Nov. 2009. I request you kindly to adjust excess amount paid by SBI Credit people in future bills.
