Non payment of loan

Sir as per your proposal I deposited Rs 790 for processing fee on 6th January and then one person called me for verification then told me that the loan will be disbursed within 3 days after depositing Rs5660you get the sanction letter I got it by mail and then returned it hard copy signed by me. Then your staff told that you will get the loan but I got a letter where mentioned that a guarantor is required who is civil government employee but I did not get any guarantor that I have written you earlier I can submit my own profile I had a loan of Rs 65000 from fullerton which I have cleared .when I asked to you your person told me to contact your legal officer I contacted him he told me to deposit 10% of total loan amount as security then loan will be sanctioned but it is not possible me to arrange the amount.
