Non receipt of Blank cheques

I was avail loan facility of Rs.36, 776/- for the purchase of Bajaj Platina from Rajashri Auto Deals Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot by ICICI Bank vide LAN No. LTGNL00012596275 on 22.02.08. The repayment mode which I had selected was autodebit from my SB A/c. No.048601500503 which I am maintaining with your Gondal branch. As per your repayment chart, I have successfully paid the last installment of Rs.1619/- on 05.03.10 without any interruption.

No doubt, I have received NOC & Form No.35 on the completion of loan. But, I haven't received 4 (Four) blank cheques issued from my above mentioned SB A/c. which I have submitted to Bank for the safety purpose. So, now I would like request you to send me the same at an early date. Otherwise, it will force me to go to Consumer Protection to lodge a complaint of fraud against ICICI Bank.
