NO FREE SERVICE WAS RENDER TO ME for no fault on my side

While repairing in FEB technician charged 1000Rs with out receipt Up on demanding receipts from technicians bearing PH nos.99255200124, 9925200128 alltime i am made fool. kindly give me receipt to enable me to file complaint in consumers grievances courts.
