Unsolicited call, collection of personal documents, misleading facts

I would like to bring to the notice of this esteemed forum that the above mentioned firm who are DSA's of SBI have contacted me a couple of days back telling me that my name is on their list- eligible for a life time free Titanium credit card. I'm not sure but I think the name of the tele caller was Sulochana Bangera. I repeatedly confirmed with this lady about the fact that I do not need an additional card but I was assured that I would be given a high credit limit and that I need to submit a few documents like my salary slip, PAN card etc, these were collected within a couple of hours by a person by the name of Sandip Bhoir. The next day I was contacted by a person by the name Rakesh Malhotra who said that looking at my financial documents, I was eligible for Platinum card and that there was a nominal joining fee of a few thousand. I told this guy clearly that I need only the Titanium card which was promised by the lady who had called me and for which there was no fees. This person informs me that the Titanium card is also not free and that there is a fee of 499/-. I was livid with anger and called them up and spoke to their floor supervisor Piyush Londe who promised me that strict action would be taken against the concerned persons and my documents would be returned to me at the earliest. Till date I've not received my documents. There was another call after a few days from their end, it was on a Saturday, and this lady starts her sales pitch again stating that the person who had called me was a novice and that action has been initiated against her and that I should go for their Titanium card paying 499/- I told her very firmly that I was not interested in their card and to return my documents. She tells me that if I can refer somebody from my office then she would send their person to our office to collect the referred person's documents alonwith whom they could send my documents else I would have to go to their Dadar office to collect my documents. What is the meaning of this. Will somebody bring an end to this kind of menace. They are out to sell at any cost. I've not approached them but they have contacted me despite me activating DND services on my phone. I want severe action be initiated against this company.
