False Assurance

We entered into a Combp Contract on 31-st of may and later on 13th June we wanted to updgrade the same to Platinum contract. We paid the amount by cheque to Justdial with an assurance that the Combo contract will be active till such time the Platinum contract is made active. But for our surprise Justdial simply made our combo cotract in-active and are waiting for the cheque clearance for the last 15 days which is very surprising. No one in Justdial including the managers are taking any responsibility for their mistakes. In the bargain we have lost good amount of leads and business in last 15 days.

Moral of the story:

"Do not upgrade your contract with Justdial if you have already another package running unless you want to lose business"
