Not giving salary hike and salary on time

Dear sir madam

We are employee of Lesconcierges last 5-6 years. but last 3 year we doesnt got any single increment or bonus but our banglore office is showing, they had given to us a bonus. please take a action against our company because this is not single problem.

1) Our company not giving salary on time (its holding 1 month salary every month) thet's why we are suffering from EMIS late fees but they cant bare the late fees charges which is late for salary.

2) Not giving hike last 3 years.

3) not giving bonus last 3 years

4) Not submission PF in PF office yearly.

5) Not giving F & F to Ex employee

6) Not submitted the PF form in PF office for Ex employee.

7) Not paying paid leaves for permanant employees.

Please try to understand our problem and please take a action which is solving our problem regularly.

At least solve the PF and Salary Problems.
