Axis bank miss selling

I opend one account current account with axis bank rudrapur branch. in year 2007. i was asked to open the account with 25000 Rs and this is the minimum balance required to maintain the account.

however after opening this account i did not utilize it for one whole year and when i checked my balance it is OOOOO a big zero. and when i checked with local axis bank in delhi a executive told me that some service change was dedcuted after opening the account and minimum balance reached below 25000 so whole money is deducted to cover up the official minimum balance level.

i want to recover this amount now and do not want to maintain any relation with axis bank.

please do suggest us.
