Paid origination fee but did not get the loan

I saw his advertisement regarding loan which has a 3% interest on the website and I applied from him a loan in the amount of Php200, 000.00 with an origination fee in the amount of Php9, 270.00 in which I was told that the only payment in order for me to receive my loan.

I was able to pay this amount in Western Union per his instruction. I have also paid the service charge in the amount of Php770.00. I have paid the total amount of Php10, 040.00. I still have the receipt.

Mr. Soude provided me the details whom I will need to send the payment. Here are the details:

I was able to pay the origination fee including the service charge, however I did not receive my loan because Mr. Soude was asking again for me to pay the bank transfer charge which is equivalent to Php23, 890.00. This amount is so high and I was not informed about this from the moment that I inquired from him regarding the loan. I was only told about the origination which I believe that it was not fair.

Mr. Soude insisted that I only need to pay the origination fee for me to get my loan. I even provided him with the bank details and IDs (scanned) when I informed him that I have already made the payment for the origination fee.

Now, I requested from him to cancel my loan because I cannot afford to pay the bank charge as it is so high and I want my payment to be returned to me because I am no longer interested to apply for any loan from him, however, he keeps on ignoring me. I did not receive any updates regarding my loan until now.

Mr. Soude, if you are able to see this message, I am asking you to return my payment. I did not owe you anything since I did not receive the loan and I am no longer interested to apply for any loan from you.
