Regarding raising of interest rate and outstanding statement

Sir, i am having housing loan account No 20030013472 (loan application no 20315069with LIC Housing finance Ltd Calicut since 2004 and paying EMI regularly without any fine. But regret to inform you that they are taking interest to send Statement of outstanding account. At the time of availing loan interest was only 8% and now it is 11 . Outstanding amount showing in the
