Respected Sir,

I have been purchased an Aquaguard on 12/07 (A.G booster model) receipt no.037470 fitted by vaibhav. D code no.901405 as well as pawan jadhav. From 18/08 the Aquaguard is not working. I have been calling to pawan jadhav and vaibhav. D five days they did not turn up. At last on 22/08 they ask me to call the Call center. I called the call center and have taken the complaint no.67898503.Daily I have been calling 4 to 5 times why you are not attending, either change the product or give the money back.

I called Eshwaran Iyer on 25/08 and he connected me to mahek enterprises. He gave me hope that he will be coming the very next day but did not turn up.the distance is not that long that he cannot reach. Again I called him on 28/08.He connected me to vijay:7498243361 that he is a Kalyan in-charger and will support you.

After calling in service call center 4 to 5 times there is no proper response. There is no proper response, no proper service only complications. I want an urgent reply from you. So when do I hope from you. I hope you will take an action on the persons who all are involved in this matter.
