Deadly harrassment

Agreement no-526303.Again Rajesh Xavier here. Came to know that this is the worst establishment ever seen in my life. For each and every problems coming to me through Family Credit was informed the same time itself by me to the Mumbai office in Andheri to Mr. Sayyed or Madam Anita as this people had said this to me cos they had addmited there fault. This is going on since 4 to 5 months. These people give me false commitment and as soon as my call is disconnected they forget me also. A week back I had complaint about computerised call coming from Kolkota office. I was assured of solving this problem by Madam Anita, but still its coming at very inconvinient time's. Today I got a sms from TD-FCLLOAN that my amount of Rs 2859 is to be paid. They day one when I went personnaly to the Andheri office I had cleared that I wont be paying any late charges implimented on me with Madam Anita cos why I should pay for there mistake. As said before I am ready to pay my Rs 2045 EMI after all the problems solved and the red mark put on my bank a/c is cleared. I wont be paying any extra charges for the company's mistake (Family Credit).
